Because it is a T15 standard, it can be used in areas where the T10 for small lights and the T16 for backlights are used, and is compatible with almost all vehicles. The sockets for the T15, T16 and T10 are of the same size, so they can be used as either a position bulb or a backlight. The difference is the length of the lamp part, so please be aware that the depth may get caught when attaching it to the T10.
