Fabian who contacted me was very concerned with the issues I had with my order and offered to make it right. I really appreciate the concern and professionalism from Fabian in trying to resolve my issue. That’s why I have updated my review to reflect the customer service for Janto.

I just received my purchase of 3 boxes of the Pokemon Battle Partner Booster Packs. I was surprised that they were individual packs instead of a sealed box since the listing showed a box. Anyways, I was still very excited to open these but was very disappointed after opening the 10th pack. I did not get a holo or any hits so I got very suspicious. I can’t believe that there would be no hits of any kind after 10 packs. So I took out my scale to weigh the packs. They were all the same weight. Which means the seller had weighed all the packs and kept the heavy ones with the holos and hits. I opened 60 packs and only got 3 holos. This is the worst. I’ve bought loose packs from eBay before and still got hits but this is ridiculous. It’s so deceitful to sell weighed packs. I’m not even sure if I can return the last 30 packs? Do not buy loose packs from here. You will be disappointed.

This being a relatively new website, I didn't know what to expect. Got everything I ordered, express shipping from DHL in a huge box that probably cost more to ship than the items themselves.

Honestly pleasantly surprised. Hope the site gets some more traction because they're providing a pretty great service!

I recently placed an order for some Japanese Pokemon cards and I have to say, I’m impressed. Everything came in exactly as described, very well packaged, and fast! Customer support was also very friendly and knowledgeable (thank you Fabian!).
I will definitely be buying again!!

Wasn't sure if they were actually gonna arrive, but the package was quite quick! It took 6 days to make it to Texas, and sure enough the cards came in great condition. I thought they were gonna be different cards but that's on me, my daughter loves them! :)
