[Kato Kazumine] Born in Seto in 1932, he trained in casting and painting at a kiln at Gojozaka and Sennyuji Temple in Kyoto, and in Seto he studied blue-and-painting under the castle master Oshima Kasumi, and built a kiln and worked hard at making pottery to this day. My aunt said that the late chief priest bought it in Kyoto 40 to 50 years ago.
