theory luxe black pants size 40

These are the black pants from Theory Luxe that I bought at Umeda Hankyu a few years ago. The size is 40. The fabric is slightly shiny, so it is likely to be suitable for wearing at graduation ceremony and other occasions. Of course, it can be worn everyday. I've worn it less than 10 times, but I don't feel it feels good at wearing at all, so I'm trying to reflect it in the price. Please understand this before purchasing. We hope someone will use it.
