Other than being a band that began operating at the end of 2019, the band is unknown in details. He is often listened to alongside Yonezu Kenshi, King Gnu, Vaundy, and others, and has gained listeners mainly on the Internet, with his range of songs that are described as "addictive" and "emo" and his unique artwork that is described as "retro" and "stylish." This first EP, "Popular Music," was released exclusively for streaming, and contains a total of five songs, including "Iwanabe Free" and "Tokyo."

2019年末に活動開始したバンドである事以外、詳細不明のバンド「PEOPLE 1」。 米津玄師や、King Gnu、Vaundyらと並べて聴かれることが多く、「中毒性がある」「エモい」と形容される振り幅のある楽曲と、「レトロ」「おしゃれ」と形容される個性的なアートワークで、インターネットを中心にリスナーを増やしている。 本作1st EP『大衆音楽』は配信限定でリリースされたもので、『アイワナビーフリー』や『東京』を含む全5曲収録となっている。
