Pair look parent and child T-shirt

This is a lobster pattern T-shirt. I received it as an American souvenir. How about using it as a matching look for a parent and child? There are some folding wrinkles, but it is brand new and unused. The first photo shows sizes M, 18 months, and L from the left. The romper is probably about 80cm in size in Japan. This is an adult T-shirt, but the color is similar, but the M one has a slightly stronger navy color, while the L one has a similar charcoal gray feel. From left to right, there are photos with tags in the second to fourth photos, so please check the details.
