The optical system uses four ED lenses (※3) to suppress color blur, as well as two super HR lenses (※4) and two HR lenses (※5) to achieve bright and clear depiction performance throughout the zoom range, even the periphery of the screen. It also uses the "ZERO coating" to reduce the occurrence of ghosts and flares, providing clear image quality even under adverse conditions such as backlighting. In addition, by thoroughly applying sealing to various locations, it achieves the same dust and water resistance as the highly reliable "M.ZUIKO PRO" series, allowing you to take photos with confidence in any environment. ■AF is comfortable even in ultra-telephoto areas and in-lens image stabilization The use of a rear focus system that moves a lightweight focus lens to adjust focusing provides high-speed, high-precision AF performance.
