This is a hanging scroll of Mochizuki Yaokei, a blue maple flying explosion. Grandpa's antique collection. It was something I treasured very much, and I would like to hand it over to someone who will take it in good condition. It's simple, but very detailed and beautifully drawn flower and bird diagram. It is stored in a wooden box and has a boxed book, This is the box of a painter named Mochizuki Tamanari, who is both a son and disciple. As this is a pre-war work, there may be minor scratches and deterioration over time. #Mochizuki Tamakei Mochizuki Gyokkei 1874-1938 [Author's Biography] Born in Kyoto to the Mochizuki family, who served as official artists since the Edo period. His father is Yusen and his son is Yusei. His names are Shigenobu and Shigezo, and his other name is Tamazen. He learns from his father Mochizuki Tamaizumi. Received a second prize for the Painting Association. A member of the Japan Art Association and a member of the Japan Art Association. Lifetime member of the Kyoto Art Association. He was born in 1938, 64 years old. In addition to the traditional and meticulous style of the Mochizuki school, it is well-known for its elegant and gentle depictions of nature, incorporating the Shijo school. He left behind many dignified works inherited from his father, an imperial craftsman, and was said to be the last master of Yamato painting.

望月玉渓 の掛け軸 青楓飛爆図です。 おじいちゃんの骨董コレクションで。とても大切にしていたものですぜひ大事に受け継いでくださる方にお譲りしたいです。 シンプルですが、とても細かく綺麗に描かれた花鳥図です 木箱に収まっており、箱書きがされていて、 望月玉成という息子さんでもあり弟子でもある画家の極箱となっております。 戦前の作品のため、小キズや経年劣化はあるかと思います。 #望月玉渓 もちづきぎょっけい　1874～1938 【作者略歴】 京都で江戸時代より御用絵師を務めた望月家に生まれる。 父は玉泉、子は玉成。 名は重信・重蔵、別号に玉禅。父望月玉泉に学ぶ。 絵画共進会二等褒状受賞。日本美術協会会員、日本画会会員。 京都美術協会終身会員。 昭和13年（1938）歿、64才。 望月派の伝統的で綿密な作風に加え、四条派を取り入れた上品で柔和な自然描写に定評がある。帝室技芸員の父より受け継いだ品格ある作品を数多く残し、最後の大和絵の名手と言われた。
