Niga Katsuo Born in Yokohama in 1936. Graduated from Waseda University's Faculty of Commerce. He founded the Waseda Mystery Club in 1957 while he was a student. This led him to introduce and translate foreign mysteries, and has since been active as a critic, translater and novelist of science fiction, horror novels, and crime non-fiction. His first creative work, "The Hellfire Murder Case" (published by Sosha), was accompanied by an explanation from Shimada Soji. His major works include "The Fear of London" (Hayakawa Bunko), his translated books include "The Legend of Vampire" (Hara Shobo), and D.J.
