Initially, it was planned as a Future Police Department, a mecha-action line that is the main stream of Tatsunoko Pro. This concept is reflected in the science fiction settings such as time travel and time paradoxes, as well as the realistic character designs with small eyes and high heads, but in the actual production stage, the previous program "Dash Kappei" was mainly a joke. The flow of the film aims to create a comical style with the aim of young people in mind, and includes a production that causes the expressions of the protagonists and sub-characters to be completely distorted. The character design, which matches the hard-line route of the original project, was by Nakamura Takashi, who participated as an animator in the animated film "Genma Taisen." This was Nakamura's first character design work, influenced by Otomo Katsuhiro's style.
