[Broken Product] Breville Creatista Plus Coffee Maker

This is a coffee maker made overseas as a gift. It states that 120v voltage is required. It had broken down from the beginning, and even if I used a transformer, I tried it several times and couldn't extract the coffee. Nespresso, Japan, does not accept returns or repairs of overseas products. I called the Nespresso Center in America and remotely followed the instructions to turn it back on and off. I couldn't hear the pump. Please purchase from someone who can repair it. No returns are allowed.
