Locally, it is sold as a machine-woven version of a Persian carpet. This is a carpet with the highest quality rank for a machine-woven carpet, and is a product that you rarely find anywhere else. The woven density of a carpet is said to be extremely fine, starting from around 1 million knots, but this one is even more than 2.2 times the finer weave, approximately 2.25 million knots/m2. (The weaving density of carpets that are generally available ranges from 90,000 knots to around 750,000 knots.) The authentic design is similar to hand-woven Persian carpets, It has the charm of finer detail than hand-woven fabric and the durability unique to machine-woven fabric.
