I received it about 10 years ago. I used it for several years and then kept it at home for about six years. Boxes, warranty cards, storage bags, and shoppers (slightly folded). No problems with zippers. There are scratches on the opening and closing areas and corners as shown in the photo, and slight scratches on the inside and logo.
