Karimoku karimoku rotating leather tanned leather desk chair XT4310AJ

I bought Karimoku's rotating desk chair with casters and used it as an interior decoration without using it much. There are some noticeable stains on the leather part of the handrail, and there are some gaps at the seam of the leather on the backrest. Please check the 12th photo for any noticeable scratches or stains, including those listed above. Also, I think it's by design, but it sinks a little when you sit down and returns when you stand up.
